Hello and happy Friday, my sweet ones! I’m not sure if you’re stopping here for the first time (if you are, WELCOME!) but each week I share moments of gratitude with my bloggy sisters Lindsay and Beth. Be sure to link with us below, make new friends, and let us know what you are grateful for this week <3 Here’s my happy.
Delicious Middle Eastern lunch with my bestie in Montclair–I hadn’t seen her since her wedding in September!

Seeing my crazy parents–I’ve long talked about them and their eccentricities, but in case you’re not aware my mom is German. Over the weekend, she gave me a trunk full of baby clothing–many of them saved from when I was a baby 40 years ago. I’m going to go through them all this weekend and keep the ones I want (I’m told there’s a jacket in there that’s 100 years old!), but (serious question!): is it rude if I don’t keep everything? She wants to give me more, but I know so many people want to get us things, and the older clothing can only be hand washed (see also: 40 years old, LOL)
Eat Your Coffee bars (have you tried them? I just posted a pic of this nugget on my IG–he did NOT get a bar). They are delicious
A week without a meeting. I got so much accomplished!
Related: it’s been the longest week ever but I actually feel productive as I head into the weekend
Hand cream. My hands (are small I know–name that song for 20 points; 40 points if you sing it with an Irish accent) have taken a beating with this weather. You, too?
Milo doing silly Milo things. And often just cute things. Sometimes very annoying things. Here? Sweet things

I don’t think it’s rude if you don’t keep everything. I think it’s so cool that there’s a jacket that’s 100 years old! You should totally keep that. Milo is adorable.
I hope you have a great weekend.
Those pictures of Milo are so cute! He looks so adorable fast asleep!
I don’t think it is rude if you don’t keep everything, you and Bryan are allowed to say no. I just think the way that a person discusses this is important. Sit down and just talk it out with your parents and tell them how you feel. It think it is amazing there is a jacket that is 100 years old!
Years ago I did an office collection and put together a gift for a baby shower. It was extremely time consuming and entailed alot of running around. Being asked if I’d kept the receipts after handing it over was a bit rude in my opinion. I HAD included the receipts because I understand everyone has their own preferences but there is a way to say things.
Aww Milo is so cute there! Yay for a week of no meetings and getting a lot accomplished. I have not heard of those bars, but I’m curious now. And no, it’s okay if you don’t keep everything your mom gave you. I think some would be fun for nostalgia’s sake, but no need to overload yourself with baby clothes. LOL

A trunk?!? Are you effing serious?! LMAO Bless your mother and her good intentions. I don’t think it’s rude if you don’t keep it all. Not at all.
My hands, feet, face, they’re all dry.
I looooove that picture of Milo. <3 How do you think he’s going to be with a baby? Curious? Have you ever taken him to a park to see how he observes kids? I’m sure he’ll be dapper little Dan. Lol 🙂
A week without meetings is GOLD. Damn. We had a board meeting on Tuesday then I was up at 430 Wednesday to get On a 6 am train, to get to work early for board member interviews. I am dragging ass today, hard!
I love you doll. xoxoxo
