Good morning, my sweet ones, and welcome to another episode of our Friday gratitude series, a practice started by my friends Beth and Lindsay to highlight the things that fill our lives with light and sunshine. This week was marked by a lot of happy little trees (shout out to any Bob Ross fans out there) and for that, I truly am so grateful. Let’s dive in and don’t forget to link up below—maybe we can spread some good cheer to those in need, yes? Yes.
Getting a manicure (my first in months!) and taking time for self-care (more on this to come)
The many messages of love and support I’ve received all week from near and far
Dinner with my bestie
The heartfelt card, beautiful fairy garden stake (check out the pic!), and housewarming gift from my bestie
The sweet card and box of Reese’s Pieces Bryan and I received in the mail—I have a friend who sends them when I’m down and I just love her so much for it <3
Shoe shopping
Wagon walks with BusterNO idea why he looks so dejected. Buster actually had a great time
Grocery shopping/cooking (I’ve missed healthy home-cooked meals so much lately)
Hilarious text messages from a friend who sent me a recipe for mac and cheese. She said it was loaded with vegetables so it’s basically like eating a salad and this is why we’re friends
The sweet candy/toy store in Denville
Happy weekend, sweet peas. Hope you have fun plans. Tomorrow I celebrate my cousin’s baby’s first birthday, and then Bryan and I are going to see A Star is Born which I’m unbelievably excited about. You?
Yay for some amazing friends. They really do come through in tough times, don’t they? I hope you have a great weekend with Bryan. I really want to see A Star is Born too, so we’ll see if it happens this weekend or not. There are a couple movies I’ve missed that came out recently so I want to see those too!!
