Good morning, my sweet ones! I’ve taken an unexpected sabbatical from blogging lately. Maybe I’m feeling a bit stressed or uninspired, but I apologize mostly because I’ve been horrible at reciprocating the comment love and that’s a big bloggy no-no. I promise to get better, and hope you will all forgive me. I’ve been feeling under the weather lately, but getting better, and have been getting in lots of extra rest in the meantime.
Let’s dive into our gratitude, shall we? Don’t forget to link up with Lindsay and Beth—they make this possible! Here are some things on my happy list for the week:
Flannel season
Lunch date with one of my oldest friends and meeting her newborn
Impromptu visit to Mt Tabor, an area with rows of beautiful Victorian homes
Taking Gabby Bernstein’s spiritual tools for anxiety online class
Fighting feels of sluggishness (so super exhausted lately)
Seeing my parents for dinner and showing my mom around the house (we have furniture and things since the last time she came around!)
Naps (that one should really go higher up on the list this week, lol)
Good friends <3
Everyone needs to take some time away. We all do it so we get it!
Those pictures of that adorable neighborhood are so beautiful.
Have a great weekend Charlotte!

Hey sweets! So sorry you’ve been feeling so sluggish lately. I feel you, it’s my favorite time of year, but there is something about the change in seasons that leads me to feel a little tired and slow too. Naps are awesome when you can get them! Mount Tabor looks beautiful! I love those houses! And I’m loving flannel season too, I’m wearing one today in fact. Love you tons lady, hope you get your groove back a bit, but take your time, we’re always here when you come back!
Be easy with yourself dear- you have a lot going on with the new house!!! Your true blogger friends will always understand 🙂
Nice to hear from you – but don’t worry! We’re not going anywhere. I was sick last weekend which ruined a lot of plans so I was kind of bummed. I hope you are feeling better soon though. Naps are the BEST. Seriously.

Oh, take it easy. You know I totally understand.
Those homes look adorable.
I’m not sure if my comment went through or not.
Please take it easy on yourself. You never have to worry about me being all, “Oh no, she didn’t,” because hello I’ve been there. I totally understand sometimes things have to give.
Sending you big hugs!

I’ve been tired lately too. Not sure why but naps really help!
I’m looking forward to flannel season 🙂
I hope your blogging inspiration comes back to you soon. I know it ebbs and flows, at least it does with me, but it’s frustrating when you want to share things but the inspiration isn’t there. I am so ready to pull out some of my flannel shirts. Come on, fall! Have a lovely weekend, sweet friend. <3
Hope you can get in lots of naps this weekend and feel more rested next week. Those houses look adorable!
Sorry you’ve been feeling a bit under the weather – take it easy and remember moving is stressful so just take it one day at a time.
Those houses look amazing and I’m glad you had a good week.
Glad to see naps on your list – they are essential 🙂
I might have to take that Anxiety Online class!
Also, flannel!!! Also, Mt. Tabor. That brings back so many memories!
I totally understand about commenting. I’ve been in the same boat lately. Hope you feel better soon 🙂
