It’s been a while since my last yoga class. I don’t mean this to be a confession, but it’s true and I really need to get back on the horse / yoga mat. I’ve missed it. My bones ache and my memory isn’t what it used to be (which admittedly, was never very good to begin with), but what I’ve noticed the most is how my muscles miss the twisting, stretching, and detoxifying feeling that follows a beautiful yoga flow.
I was ecstatic to receive a BabbleBoxx recently, and as someone who takes signs from the universe very seriously, it felt like a nudge back into the realm of stillness and inner peace.
I like it there.
BabbleBoxx is like Christmas but better because it’s filled with products I’ll actually use and cherish, especially the foods and drinks, because let’s be real… I’m a gremlin. Let’s explore some of the goods that arrived on my doorstep in the Peace Love Yoga BabbleBoxx!
Ascent Protein: I have another confession to make. I reward myself for hard work at the gym by purchasing a sugary drink on my way out. TOTALLY defeats the purpose, but it’s become a ritual for me. When I looked at the ingredients and nutritional info for the Ascent Protein powder blend, I was shocked to see each pouch only contains 1 gram of sugar. Their slogan is “The Official Sponsor of Hard Work” which is fitting because now I can reward myself for hard work at the gym without the added guilt of unnecessary sugars. Win-win.

Love Warrior Book:
“It’s SO FUNNY… You’re going to absolutely love this book and the spirit of it.”—Oprah
“Blew me away.”—Brené Brown
These are pretty incredible reviews from people I admire, so I’m very excited to read this Oprah Book Club Selection book by #1 New York Times Bestselling Author Glennon Doyle. It’s much more than “I am woman, hear me roar.” It’s about infidelity, betrayal, redemption, friendships (both the healing and the hurting kind), God, food, drugs, and porn.
It’s a book we all need on our reading shelves. Click here to read more!
KeVita Kombucha: I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again—kombucha is my jam and has saved my tummy on numerous occasions, especially when I’m traveling. When you’re not on familiar turf and grab-and-go is the easiest option, your stomach tends to face the consequences. Kombucha is created with live probiotics and organic acids to help neutralize and “reset” the stomach. KeVita is a leader in delicious kombucha flavors, including Ginger, Pineapple Peach, Lavender Melon, Roots Beer, and Blueberry Basil. Drink up!
In The Raw: If you’re looking for a vegan, natural sweetener that is also non-GMO and gluten-free, you’re in luck! NEW Organic Stevia In The Raw® is the latest addition to the In The Raw family of sweeteners. Best use for these single packets? Well, I always go with coffee, but of course they can be added to hot tea, fruit, baked goods, cereal, or anything you want naturally sweetened 🙂
Summer’s Eve was awarded “Best for Down There” which is pretty much the best award I’ve never heard of. These individually wrapped cloths are gynecologist tested, hypoallergenic, and free of harsh chemicals, dyes, alcohol, and parabens. They are NEVER tested on animals and perfect for on-the-go cleansing.
B.O.S.S. Bars: A funny thing happened in the making of this blog post. I started with five B.O.S.S. Bars and ended up with two by the time I took pictures. I blame my lack of self-control and also the ghost that haunts our apartment. But I digress.
Made with premium, raw ingredients, these gluten-free bars are perfect for anytime snacking. They are also available on Prime, for any Amazonheads out there (not sure that’s really a thing, but roll with it in any event).
Have you tried any of these products? Let me know in the comments, and hope everyone has a beautiful start to their week <3 Namaste, my sweet ones!
