As long as I can remember, I’ve been the girl with the unruly curls. I can’t tell you how many times I have lost things in my mane, and on at least one occasion my hair has swallowed Bryan’s hand whole. My locks are as sensitive as I am and prolonged exposure to the sun, rain, and snow tend to make them a complete and total bitch. It has been a lifelong struggle to find hair products that work well with my hair texture and I am always on the look out for the latest and greatest.
Over the weekend I had the chance to look at some of the hair care products at Folica.com and recognized many of my favorite brands on their site (TREsemme in particular, which DOESN’T TEST ON ANIMALS and smells great to boot). In search of something new I scanned their “Top 10 Curly Hair Products” list and was excited to add a few new items to my shopping cart. I can’t wait to try out the Curly Hair Solutions Curl Keeper, a water-based solution that promises to add bounce and prevent dryness and the frizzies. It’s my biggest problem year-round, but static electricity in the winter makes me look like I just stuck my fingers in an outlet. Not so cute.
The site is created and maintained by hair junkies and offers all the latest cutting-edge products out there.
