What’s up, weekend 7/28

– Posted in: featured

Good morning, my sweet ones! I hope everyone had a great week! Last night I thought about how much this gratitude practice means to me and how happy I am to have Lindsay keeping me accountable each week as well as the support of the Peaceful Posse Facebook group. The engagement and interaction in that group is incredible, and though I haven’t been spending as much time there as I’d like, it is a wonderful group of bloggers and I encourage you all to join (if you haven’t already!).

Don’t forget to add your link below and share some love with your bloggy brothers and sisters. Happy weekend, all!

Here’s what made me happy this week:

A late-night walk with Bryan, Buster, and the little boy who lives downstairs. We decided to give momma a short break and took him for a walk around the block

This adorable tote bag from Shybiker

Amazing news from one of my closest friends over diner food <3

Getting a ticket to see Phish

A new farmer’s market opened up down the street from my apartment

Organizing my life and staying (mostly) on top of emails for the week

Fun new giveaways coming on the blog (stay tuned!)

Getting to see my parents this weekend and possibly Shakespeare in the park (it’s likely my parents screwed up the dates, shhhh!)

This picture of Buster “hiding”
Can I ask you all a favor? My friend wrote the theme song for Teen Titans Go! (a show on Cartoon Network) called “The Night Begins to Shine.” A four-night event starts next Tuesday, 8/1 and I’d love to help his band get a little love on Instagram. Could you throw him a follow and help spread the word about this new mini-series (especially if you have little ones; I heard it’s very popular with the kiddos!)? Thanks much, my sweets!

I love tote bags. That tote bag is so cute. I went through my email and decluttered my inbox. I am so freaking excited for Teen Titans special event. I love that song!

That’s awesome about your friend! I followed his IG. I’ll have to check out the show with my boys too. I hope you get to see some Shakespeare in the park this weekend! The weather is supposed to be awesome.

Aw.. Buster!
Also I’m totally into this IG account and this song.
During my tri-state days, I’m trying to think if I ever made it to Shakespeare in the Park. Boy, I think only once.. shame shame.

Hey girl,

That vixen page ShyBiker sent you is awesome. He also just sent something to Beth, but I don’t recall it a bag. It just jogged my memory seeing the word vixen. She’s such an amazing spirit and person, eh?

Aww BusteR! <3 And you actually made it out to Shakeapeare in the park — and no mix up of dates or time. #winning lol!

I have to clean up my inbox and respond to comments and blog post today. Luckily my boss is away all week… when the boss is away, they nice shall indeed play….

Have a great week babe! xoxo
